Shore Hire is delighted and honoured to announce our team walked away with two prestigious awards at the 2024 Hire and Rental Industry Association (HRIA) Gala Dinner and Annual Awards Night. These awards highlight our commitment to excellence and innovation in the hire and rental industry  We were honoured to receive:

1. Excellence in People & Culture (Including Training)

This year, the HRIA introduced a new award category to celebrate exceptional practices in people and culture—one of the industry’s foundational pillars. Shore Hire was proud to be the recipient of the first Excellence in People & Culture award, recognising our long-standing dedication to fostering a positive and dynamic workplace environment.

From the very beginning, our focus has been on building a strong, cohesive team that drives our success. Our hiring philosophy, encapsulated in the mantra “If it’s not a hell yeah, it’s a no,” reflects our commitment to bringing in individuals who not only possess the right skills but also align with our core values. This approach has been instrumental in maintaining our amazing culture as we continue to grow.

2. young professional of the year – tyler carroll

We are also thrilled to announce that Tyler Carroll, our National Marketing Manager, was awarded the Young Professional of the Year award. This prestigious award recognises Tyler’s outstanding achievements and contributions to the industry after his successful completion of the HRIA’s Young Professionals Development Program.

Tyler has played a key role in driving innovative marketing strategies at Shore Hire, showcasing his exceptional leadership and vision. His recognition as the Young Professional of the Year is a well-deserved accolade for his dedication and hard work.
