Tight access in the laneway was a big hurdle, since we needed live traffic control as plant and machinery were required to position our Engineered Blocks during installation. Engineered blocks were the only feasible solution as the client couldn’t pour concrete footings on site, and there was no room to brace back internally that wouldn’t affect the permanent works. 

We had to rig and install the temporary Aluminium Tilt Props so the client could continue doing all of their permanent works, so the solution was to not only hold the front façade but to make sure that none of our bracing was in the way of permanent works or other trades on site.
